Hiring an Innovation Director or a CTO inside a law firm costs between €80,000 and €150,000 a year, all-in. For skills that are still hard to find. The Firm Program is the alternative : an outsourced R&D department that works from the inside, on-site, in your offices, at your pace.

This is not a training course. This is not a one-off audit. It's a continuous operational partnership that lasts as long as it takes for your firm to become fully autonomous with AI. The program is designed to end : our goal is that, by the end, you can do without us.

The minimum commitment is three months (the time for the audit + first deployments). Beyond that, you decide the pace : weekly presence during the intensive phase, monthly at cruising speed, occasional once you're autonomous.

Frequently asked questions

How does this differ from the Intensive Day?

The Intensive Day trains your team in a single session. The Firm Program goes much further : it's an ongoing R&D partnership with operational deployment, recurring training, and full skills transfer.

How often do you intervene?

You decide. Every week, every two weeks, every month. We adapt the cadence to your pace and to the phase of the program. Weekly presence in the intensive phase, monthly at cruising speed. It can also evolve over time.

Can you integrate our existing software (Secib, Diapaz, Jarvis)?

Yes, it's actually central. Integration with your existing stack (practice software, ERP, DMS, billing tools) is built in from the audit. Our team builds custom connectors where needed.

How long does the program typically last?

Initial commitment of 3 months (the time for the audit + first deployments). Beyond that, the typical duration is 6 to 12 months of regular presence, followed by a gentle transition to autonomy. The program is designed to end : our goal is that, by the end, you can do without us.

Is it eligible for FIF-PL funding?

The team-training portion is eligible (Zevra is Qualiopi-certified). The R&D and operational deployment portion follows a different accounting logic. We structure the quote to optimize what can be funded based on your situation.
