Quai des Notaires

Digital platform designed by a practising notary to support the digital transformation of notary offices, automating legal formalities, remote electronic signature and secure document exchange for a significant productivity gain on every file handled. Quai des Notaires processes 360,000 formalities and 160,000 electronic signatures per year, serving more than 3,000 notary users across France. The platform reports a productivity gain of 3 hours 30 minutes per file for the notary and their staff, and the digitisation of 1,440,000 pages annually, representing nearly 14.16 tonnes of CO2 avoided per year. All of these freed-up hours, estimated at 42,000 per year across the entire user base, are redirected toward client advisory work and higher value-added activities. The infrastructure is fully sovereign, with data hosted in France in compliance with the GDPR. The platform covers a wide range of formalities: real estate sale files with AML-CFT reports, estates and successions, mortgage, commercial and specialty formalities such as crypto-assets or forested plots. Environmental risk and pollution reports (ERP) are generated in under 3 minutes and urban planning information notes (NRU) are available directly from the interface.
