Overview

A qualified trust service provider, part of the Signaturit group since 2021 and now operating under the Signaturit brand. Founded in 2001 by Julien Stern, who still chairs Universign's operations, it is one of Europe's pioneers in electronic signatures with over 20 years of experience in secure digital transactions. The platform covers the full spectrum of trust services: multi-level electronic signatures, identity verification, legally binding archiving and certified communications. Qualified by France's ANSSI and a member of the Adobe Approved Trust List, the Signaturit group (which brings together Universign, Signaturit and Ivnosys) now employs 350 people across France and Spain, serves more than 245,000 customers in over 40 countries and processes more than 100 million electronic signatures each year. Pierre Feligioni has been appointed CEO of the new entity. The solution is 100% European and compliant with the eIDAS regulation, meeting data sovereignty requirements. The group strengthened its position in 2024 with the strategic acquisition of Vialink, a specialist in document verification.
