Overview

AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, co-founded in 2020 by Antoine Fabre, Sebastien Decreme and Thibaut Caoudal. Formerly known as Leeway, the platform accelerates contract negotiations, automates approval workflows and centralizes contract archiving for every team across an organization. In March 2025, Tomorro raised 25 million euros in a Series B round from XAnge and Acton Capital (a German investor specializing in legal tech), with participation from Adelie, Founders Future, HenQ, Resonance, Financiere Saint-James and Motier Venture, just 18 months after an 11 million euro Series A. The solution is used by more than 300 companies, including Veja, Nestle and Ingenico, for a total of over 100,000 users. The company plans to hire more than 100 people across tech, product, sales and marketing over the next two years, and to expand into Germany with an office in Cologne, followed by Spain. Its proprietary AI, Oro, assists users at every stage of the contract: assisted editing, generation, summarization, automatic translation, and data extraction and analysis. In 2025, Tomorro launched AI-assisted negotiation to help legal and sales teams identify risks and suggest changes. 36M EUR raised, 300+ corporate clients, 100,000+ users, 53% reduction in negotiation time, 100+ hires planned
