Insurance company specialized exclusively in legal protection, operating since 2006 under the Solucia Service et Protection Juridiques brand. The company supports around 3 million clients through a B2B2C model: Solucia designs custom legal protection offerings that are then distributed by partner brokers, mutual insurers and insurance companies to individuals, professionals and works councils (CSE, French social and economic committees). The team of 80 staff, known as Solucioners, provides unlimited legal information by phone from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, delivered by qualified legal experts and covering every area of daily life: family, consumer affairs, employment, housing, health, digital and mobility. In the event of a dispute, Solucia handles the amicable and judicial defense of its policyholders, covering procedural costs including lawyer's fees. The offering also includes high-value-added complementary services such as scheduled lawyer consultations, driving-license points recovery courses, psychosocial support and the calculation of compensation in case of harm. The offering dedicated to works councils (CSE) helps elected representatives master their rights within their mandate and provides specialized legal support with a dedicated contact and themed workshops led by legal experts in employment law. Solucia covers around 13,000 companies and 500 works councils through its partner distribution network.
