Real estate group founded in the summer of 2021 by Ludovic de Jouvancourt, initially specialized in democratizing access to second homes through an innovative co-purchasing model structured as an SCI (French property-holding company) bringing together up to eight buyers per property, with an entry ticket starting at 50,000 euros. Each share corresponds to 44 nights of occupancy per year in the relevant second home, making it possible to pool acquisition, renovation, and maintenance costs among the co-owners. After acquiring Je Reve d'une Maison in 2023, Prello expanded its offering into property hunting for primary residences, thereby covering the entire lifecycle of a property from purchase to rental management. The startup raised 15 million euros in total, including an initial 2 million euro round in September 2021 followed by 13 million euros from Otium Capital and Axeleo Capital in February 2022, just six months after its launch. The offering also included renovation support and rental management of the second home to generate additional income. According to some industry sources, the company was wound up in September 2024, bringing the entrepreneurial venture to an end.
