Each agency builds the client experience around four themed worlds (Discover, Build, Develop, Imagine) using immersive technology such as virtual reality through Oculus Rift headsets, touchscreens and 3D maps. The MyNexity portal lets clients manage their entire relationship with Nexity online, from downloading rent receipts to tracking co-ownership building works. Clients are welcomed into a cafe-style lounge by an advisor who guides them through a journey organized around four themed worlds. A touchscreen in the agency window lets visitors browse available listings even outside opening hours. The seamless link between the online journey and the in-store experience lets clients pick up their search exactly where they left off online.
