From 2010 onward, Mediation-NET stepped up its expansion toward businesses and organizations with the successive creation of a training center offering in-person and e-learning programs, and of a mediation center specialized in conflict prevention and resolution. The administrative offices are located at the REALIS hub in Montpellier. Philippe Lemoult, founding president, is a professional with experience in communications, management, bank branch management, human resources, training and journalism.
