Rebranded Lexis+ with Protege in November 2025, the platform offers an AI assistant that can be tailored to each user's practice. Lexis+ AI stands out for its responsible design, with human validation by specialized legal experts, and for relying exclusively on LexisNexis content as its source, eliminating the hallucinations that come with general-purpose sources. Several thousand users were trained in under a year following the launch in France in summer 2024, with adoption accelerating at a double-digit growth rate. The ecosystem is built on content developed by more than 8,000 authors and a team of 100 legal experts in France, ensuring 100% coverage of legal subject areas. LexisNexis France has signed agreements with several bar associations to support solo and small firms in adopting AI.

Launched in March 2024, GenIA-L draws exclusively on the publisher's proprietary documentary resources (Dalloz, Francis Lefebvre, Editions Legislatives) to deliver sourced, reliable answers. The tool was adopted by more than 45,000 professionals in its first year on the market. It lets users ask legal questions in natural language without mastering prompting techniques, and automatically offers several answer approaches: summaries, related questions, plain-language reformulations, official French legal sources, explanatory tables and points to watch.
