Co-founded in 2012 by Pierre Aidan (lawyer), Timothee Rambaud (engineer) and Alexandre Hajjar, the company, operated under the name Yolaw SAS, has supported more than 900,000 entrepreneurs over more than a decade of activity. Legalstart positions itself as an all-in-one platform combining legal, accounting and banking, with a Kbis certificate deliverable within 48 hours and human support from in-house legal experts available by phone and chat. The company has raised more than 15 million euros in total, including 15 million in a Series A round from ISAI in March 2019, followed by an LBO in September 2021 financed by Omnes Capital. The banking offering includes a business account with unlimited transfers and a payment card, allowing founders to deposit their share capital directly through the platform. The integrated chartered accounting firm LS Compta handles annual financial statements, tax filings and financial reporting.
