The platform centralizes shift scheduling, working-time tracking with a digital time clock, automated payroll preparation and HR administration, while natively factoring in the legal requirements and collective-agreement rules specific to each industry. Smart Planner, an innovation born from in-house R&D, uses artificial intelligence to build optimized schedules that account for legal rules, contractual constraints, each employee's skills and the operational needs of the site.
