Overview

Official mobile app designed by the French insurers gathered within France Assureurs (formerly FFA), launched on 1 December 2014 after 18 months of collective work. e-Constat Auto lets you complete a mutual car accident report directly from your smartphone, digitising the entire process from entering the information to instant transmission to the insurance companies, including the electronic signature of both parties. The app is recognised by all French insurance companies and is the digital equivalent of the traditional paper form, carrying the same legal force as the paper European accident report. Entirely free and ad-free, it ensures faster claim processing and has been downloaded more than 770,000 times since its launch. The app is intended for accidents between two vehicles (cars, motorised two-wheelers, bicycles, electric scooters) with no personal injury. For accidents occurring abroad, involving a foreign vehicle or causing injuries, the paper report is still required. Launched on 1 December 2014, more than 770,000 downloads, 210,000 downloads within the first 6 months, 600,000 after 3 years, the official France Assureurs app recognised by every company

Cautioneo

Online rental guarantee service founded in 2018 in Lille by Julien Chenet and David Edery

Online rental guarantee service founded in 2018 in Lille by Julien Chenet and David Edery, incubated at Euratechnologies. Cautioneo acts as an institutional guarantor for tenants who lack a personal guarantor or who find themselves in so-called atypical situations (relocation, new job, fixed-term contract, self-employed), making it easier for them to access housing. At the same time, the platform secures the landlord's income by covering unpaid rent with no waiting period or deductible, along with property damage and any legal costs. Cautioneo has also developed Lokeo, a property listings platform reserved for tenants eligible for its guarantee, and benefits from a partnership with the Fondation d'Aguesseau to subsidize the premium for staff of the French Ministry of Justice. Raised EUR 350,000 in seed funding from Founders Future and Kima Ventures in 2018. Over 1,500 verified reviews with a rating of 4.6/5. Coverage of up to EUR 96,000 in unpaid rent per lease.
