Official portal of the French commercial court registries, centralising access to legal and financial information on companies registered in the Trade and Companies Register (RCS). Infogreffe is the legally binding, authoritative source of company data in France, issuing official documents such as Kbis extracts (the French equivalent of a certificate of incorporation), annual financial statements and accounts, deeds and articles of association, certificates of non-opposition, and information on charges and pledges. The platform also lets you complete filings online with the court registries (amendments, terminations, declarations of beneficial owners, document filings with the RCS). The data is drawn from the RCS, the French Patent Office (INPI), and the national statistics institute INSEE (SIRENE register), and is updated continuously by the registries themselves. France's official public service for the online dissemination of the law

France's official public service for the online dissemination of the law, published by the Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (DILA), which operates under the authority of the Secretary-General of the Government. Legifrance provides free access to the entire body of French law: the Constitution, consolidated codes, statutes, ordinances, decrees, orders, the case law of national courts, collective bargaining agreements and international treaties. The service was created by the decree of 7 August 2002 on the public service for the dissemination of the law via the internet. Since 1 January 2016, the Official Journal of the French Republic has been exclusively digital and accessible through Legifrance, in accordance with the law of 22 December 2015. The site also offers access to the scanned Official Journals from 1869 to 2015, a unique historical archive spanning more than 150 years. DILA, which also publishes service-public.fr (605 million visits in 2023) and vie-publique.fr, releases an annual activity report detailing its missions of legal dissemination, administrative information, public publishing and commercial activities.
