French SaaS platform centralizing the management of corporate secretarial work and company governance, co-founded by Ines Hamy, a trained lawyer with a Master's degree in law from Paris-2-Assas (2017) and a background at the law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel as well as Accor's legal department. Octolo automates the organization of general meetings, record-keeping, shareholding tracking and the drafting of legal documents, integrating online voting, video conferencing and artificial intelligence for meeting summaries. Born out of its predecessor platform easyshares.io, operational since 2016, the solution was awarded the Prize for Best Legaltech 2025 by the Paris Bar at the VivaTech trade show, in partnership with France Digitale and Je Choisis la French Tech. Its highly accessible pricing (around 2 euros per month per user with unlimited access) and free access for managers (lawyers, chartered accountants) make Octolo a solution adopted by companies of all sizes, investment funds and even 10% of French social housing providers through Octolo Habitat. By bringing together document automation, online voting and AI meeting summaries within a sovereign and modular solution, Octolo turns a time-consuming task into a competitive advantage. Data is hosted in France, guaranteeing the digital sovereignty of sensitive governance information. The platform can automatically generate meeting minutes from recorded votes and debates summarized by artificial intelligence. The company planned a fundraising round to strengthen its teams and accelerate its commercial development in France and internationally.
