Positioning itself as the "Doctolib of the notarial profession", Allaw offers a guided four-step journey, from first contact through to signing the deed, with full transparency on costs and timelines. The platform guarantees an initial response from a dedicated advisor in under two hours and explains every legal document in plain language. Data is hosted on a sovereign French cloud with encryption. Allaw is the only platform to have earned the ETIK label from the French Higher Council of Notaries (Conseil Superieur du Notariat), a mark of customer experience quality. It was selected among the ten winners of the inaugural France Legaltech cohort in February 2026. FoxNot raised 2 million euros from the Caisse des Depots (Banque des Territoires), which holds around 25% of its capital, ensuring strong institutional backing and reinforced protection against fraud. The platform is used by more than 2,000 notarial offices across France and offers the DocSecure service for secure document exchange to fight bank-details (RIB) fraud. Free for individuals, it lets clients track the progress of their case in real time. FoxNot automatically gathers documents from public administrations (model 1, ERP, georisques, cadastral plan, Bodacc, NRU), saving between 3 and 5 hours per case for a clerk or staff member. Clients can also check the availability of all stakeholders and book an online appointment for signing.

Planot natively integrates video conferencing within cases, task management through customizable compliance checklists, and automatic reporting to steer the office's output. The tool adapts to each firm's own working methods rather than imposing a standardized way of operating, which makes adoption easier for staff.
