Founded on September 14, 2015 by Florian Fournier, Firmin Zocchetto and Ghislain de Fontenay, PayFit serves more than 20,000 companies with around 1,050 employees spread across France, Spain and the United Kingdom. Valued at 1.82 billion euros following a record 254 million euro funding round in 2022, PayFit achieved French unicorn status and has raised 433 million euros in cumulative funding since its inception. The platform automatically integrates more than 600 legal and collective-bargaining updates every year and reports a 90% reduction in the time business owners and HR teams spend on payroll. The PayFit Copilot AI assistant, available 24/7, answers payroll and HR questions in natural language. ISO/IEC 27001 certification guarantees the security of the data processed, while integrations with more than 50 partners (Swile, Alan, Qonto, Pennylane) connect PayFit to a company's wider tool ecosystem.
