Legal intelligence solution founded in 2017 and integrated into the LexisNexis France ecosystem following its acquisition, enabling legal professionals to turn judicial uncertainty into strategic visibility. The tool relies on statistical analysis and artificial intelligence applied to a database of roughly 5 million French court decisions across all jurisdictions to anticipate litigation outcomes and quantify legal risks. Case Law Analytics covers some twenty areas of civil, commercial and employment law, and delivers quantified reports identifying the favorable and unfavorable factors of each case. Its emergence is part of the French predictive-justice movement launched in the wake of the 2016 Digital Republic Act. The platform now has 6,000 users across insurance companies, law firms, legal departments and human resources teams.
